Worst experience I’ve ever had. I used my snowblower one time and the belt broke. I’m trying to return it back to Lowe’s and they say I need a RA number which doesn’t exist.

Disappointed in Customer Service
When we picked up the snowblower, the box was beat up. Brought it home to find the top casing was cracked. We took it back to the store to swap it out with another snowblower, and they didn’t have any, and said they were unable to order the same brand. When trying to find a comparable model for close to the same price, Lowe’s would not work with us. The closest they could come to a comparable price would cost us $300 more. I like Lowe’s, but am very disappointed in how this was handled.
