TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I drove 40 minutes to Lowe's to pick this up. I parked in the customer pick-up section, and the guy put the edger in my car. So far, everything seemed great...until I took the edger out of my car. The edger was rusted, the tines were broken and bent and it was covered in dirt! There was also in marker a note of 20% off. I paid full price of course. I had to drive 40 minutes to return it, and the customer service clerk seemed not to care one bit. I imagine they get angry people at times, b...
