This mower looks like it would be great, if it worked. We ordered ours new from Lowe's and when it was delivered it was covered in dirt like it had either been used before or stored outside for a long time. My wife bought me this beautiful Craftsman electric zero turn mower at the end of July (less than three months ago). The first two or three weeks of cutting it did great. I have 1 acre with less than a half acre of lawn. after cutting the first few times I had I had 60% battery life remaining. Bad Service

The original delivery date was 4/12/2025 The mower was delivered completely dead and missing any manual or charging cables. I refused this order and reported it to customer service. Another delivery was setup for 3/14/2025 Same issue no charger and this time no key. so I cannot turn it on and I cannot charge the mower. very disappointed

I purchased a lawn tractor on clearance from Lowe's. they called and said the tractor was recalled and wasn't available. my app said ready for pick up. I went to the store (Whitehall) they said it wasn't available and offered me $100 off a full priced different model. I went back online and the app showed one available at full price. I never thought Lowe's would operate like this

Waste of money. No customer service.

Bought this mower less than three years ago for $6,000 and it already doesn’t work. Lowes passes you to craftsman who passes you to another website who passes you to a service center that doesn’t know how to fix these mowers. This mower is the biggest mistake of my life. Should have just gotten a gas one.

NIGHTMARE!

Just got the thing and it doesn't charge. I spent over an hour on the phone and they told me to bring it to a dealer over an hour away. They didn't even try to diagnose the problem. For an expensive product like this you would think they would at least try help. Craftsman is a nightmare!!
