Great box but customer service is lacking

Looks great and very heavy built box but the power strip button was missing. There was tape over the exposed socket so it was definitely packaged that way. I tried to see if I could order a replacement ahead of time so i didn't have to make 2 more trips to the store since it was an hour from me. They could not help me. I decided to just keep it the way it is to save the hassle of loading and unloading it and making 2 trips. Otherwise it is a very well built box

This is a great tool/work bench (esp when you can snag it on sale) however only two wheels swivel making it hard to maneuver and not really something you would move around a workspace, I don't know why they didn't make all 4 wheels swivel which would make moving it easier, and give it a 5 star rating.

Nice tool box. The design is on magnets.

Product had dents in the bottom drawer from the casters sitting in it during transport. Some of the drawer faces have small dents in them.
