Not a happy camper

I didn’t have a very good experience by the 2nd day the sprayer didn’t work anymore. I used it the first day for only 2 hours worked great then but now won’t spray water

Parts

Where do you get parts for this item. It’s been a hassle to even try to. It being a unused it doesn’t look like I would need to very poorly designed pump.

First things first; why does craftsman only respond to the unfavorable reviews. Seems to me the person who has stated his preference is crafstman and gives 4 or 5 stars doesn't even get a tip of the hat. Thanks craftsman. Thanks for treating your happy customers as if you value them

No fuel shut off

Nice! Like the Honda engine and able to adjust psi. For the price disappointed it did not have a fuel shut off. I had to add it on myself.

Brand New out of the box and won't start.

I put it all together yesterday and spent 4 hours trying to get it to start. I tried to call the customer service number and it was Sunday and They were closed. Very frustrated that something so expensive doesn't work.

Accessory holders

Accessory holders are flimsy and don't hold tools when moving the power sprayer. There is no holder for the turbo accessory. Compressor and engine work well.

I was a little disappointed the way it had been packed, obviously had been turned upside down. The top of the motor was covered in oil as was all the paperwork and inside of the air filter. A check of the motor and it did not have any oil in it, it took all the oil that was sent with it to fill the crankcase. it started on 3rd pull even for the oil that was in the air filter, it as started on the 2nd pull the rest of the times. Poorly Made

This is my second pressure washer of this model. The first one didn't even start right out of the box. The one I currently have, replacement for the first one, Ran fine for one summer where I used it just 3 times. I stored it in my basement for the winter where it is warm so any water init would not freeze. I just pulled it out and the first use of the season the hose ruptured.
