I received 2 of these in a combination set. 1 is still working, the 2nd is dead. Charger shows that it’s fully charged, but the meter on the battery is non responsive & any tool I put it in does not recognize it. I have barely used these batteries, in small amounts here & there on small projects around the house, as evidence show by the minor scratches. I have tried using different chargers, different tools, even tried the “jump start” trick people use on YouTube. I reached out to customer se...
