Meh, would ONLY recommend for a very small bedroom
It’s a very sleek looking ac. It doesn’t get the room as cold as I hoped especially for one bedroom so that’s a bummer. Under 200 dollars I guess it’s expected. It’s not loud at all it makes some noise but nothing overwhelming. Buttons are clearly labeled. It moves around on the wheels pretty easily.

Shoddy AC unit
I have owned many portable ACs before, but this one looks very low-quality. Everything is thin and flimsy. The buttons are tiny and hard to use. It looks good when I ordered online, but I would not buy it if I see in person. Since Lowe's has only 48 hours return policy, I don't think I can return it.

Very Noisy
Bought this to use in my upstairs bedroom so I didn't have to cool the entire house at night. Air is actually very cold, but it is very loud! After a few nights I got used to the noise.

Great item but long wait time on delivery
The process was user friendly but the delivery from one store to the other was very time consuming and took way too long. The heat was unbearable and made for two miserable days. It should not have taken that long for the item to go across town.

I've only had this for about a month and a half and it works great when it wants to but on the days you want it to, it doesn't. it is currently 95° in my home and the air conditioner is not kicking on. if you just want a really big expensive fan, this is your animal.
