Definitely NOT fade resistant
Didn't even have it up for three months. It is definitely not fade resistant. The sun quickly faded it out and now I have streaky fade marks all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this umbrella and the attached solar lights make it even better! Word of caution- for such a big umbrella you have to close it up even when you are not expecting strong winds. I love the look of mine being up but left for the day and the wind caught it and tore it up. Totally my fault and a lesson learned to close it at the end of use!
