Poor Quality Damaged
I ordered this door online as I live over an hour away from the nearest Lowes Store. Doors arrived damaged, and they will not pick-up to return and replace or refund. They need me to return to store. I have no way returning these doors. Customer Service person told me that's my problem. Absolutely disgraceful.
Damaged Poor Quality
When opening the package, the doors were damaged. I tried to return for a refund, but I had to return them to a brick and mortar store, even though I purchased online as I live over an hour away. I could get them fixed and repainted, but Lowes wouldn't even do a partial refund so I could get them fixed. Horrible customer service.
