1 star for longevity and reliability. Died exactly at 2 years. I expect a longer lifespan from the things I buy. 4 stars otherwise. All the features you need at a good price.

Looking for a new one that lasts longer

This one lasted less than 2years. We liked it until the water pump just died, no more water would come out.

Doesn’t last long

A year ago when I first got it, I would have given it 5 stars. However, just shy of a year, and the water stopped heating. All other functions work great, just no warm or hot water. Manual states to make sure it’s not in Eco mode, and it’s not. Other sites say unplug for 15 seconds to reboot, no avail. So I’m stuck with a shocking cold water surprise if I use it now. 2 star review only because it was great for the first half a year.
