Helps with Laminate End Caps

We installed some new laminate countertops as a DIY project and were struggling with filing the edges. If you've ever installed an end cap before you'll probably understand that it's impossible to cut them perfectly straight so you give them a little extra and then file them down to the countertop height. In this project we had several end caps to do and the job was looking tedious. We made a quick trip to Lowes to see if there was a router bit that would maybe do the trick and grabbed this....

Just buy a bit with a bearing instead

Maybe its just me not knowing how to use this bit but it burned my substrate. I would just get a bit with a bearing instead. It wasn't much cheaper too
