Knobs
Love my cook top. If I was to change anything it would be the knobs. It's a little hard to clean in between them they are close together. It is very easy to keep the cook top clean.

On the plus side it does look good, it heats well, easy to operate, easy to clean and has held up against sometimes getting rough treatment. On the negative side the knobs do not come off and this is not a game changer One thing I have noticed the right front burner it hot. If I am making a soup even on 1 it boils. Just bought it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had 25 year old Jenn Air and it broke got this Bosch. It heats up quicker and cools down quicker. The wattage is higher so I am testing different setting to find the one I want. Takes a minute to heat to temp but about the same as my Jenn Air. The knobs dont come off and I can live with that.
