It doesn’t need them. The walls are very durable. I love the control panel. My only comment is that the directions could have been way better. I ended up YouTubing it

I have tried numerous times to get a hold of somebody via email in regards to this hot tub. I have had it for a couple years but now the seam at the top keeps having holes… Tiny little holes and almost every day I have to patch a hole there like pin holes because the hot tub keeps depleting. Nobody has returned an email or a call to me. Very disappointing

Great for the money
We bought ours a year ago and love it. We are older so it helps with aches and pains. Has also rekindled our love life! Recommend to any couple. Unfortunately our cover does not hold air anymore and we are going to try to order replacement. Let you know how that goes

Massage system air pump quit
We bought this less then a year ago. Used 3 months then stored for winter. We put back up over Memorial Day 2023 to find that the air pump has now quit working. We have had Bestway products for over 6 years with no problems until now. Just happen to get a faulty one. Now to figure out what to do. The rest of it works great.
