Exterior falls apart

Its a nice firepit, we bought for the structure (not necessarily the burner) but it crumbles as many people have posted. The exterior flakes off in large chunks- not worth it for a $100 burner assembly and a $400 useless structure. Only 90 day warranty. DO NOT BUY!!!

Don't waste your $$

Just uncovered it after it was covered all winter to keep it protected to find the paint and upper layer chipping and peeling away to reveal the white material it's made of. It only comes with a 90 day warranty so I highly advise you to save almost $600 and buy something that will last. It's the perfect shape and amount of heat if you want to repurchase each year. Do your research, read the reviews, don't buy it.

You may want to hide the hose under your deck.

I’m in love with my new fire pit. I specifically wanted something low, conversational height, to go with my neck deck and deck furniture. I wanted something simple and modern looking. Love this! It’s exactly what I wanted.in keeping with the look I was going for, I ordered black fire beads and used the lava rocks that came with the fire pit instead in the bottom of some new deck planters. paint chipping and rusting

bought it 4 months ago and the paint is chipping already (same issue another person posted about) and the burner is rusting already. it's been covered the entire time it's not in use.

Great at first

I bought this less than a year ago. It comes with a cover and we have it in a roofed area. The top has paint flaking off the top. That was disappointing but figured I could live with that. Tonight, we were looking forward to wine next to the fire, but the knob is rusted and won’t turn. For something that costs over $500, it is extremely disappointing that it didn’t last a year. (We replaced the volcano rock with amber glass)

Should have aluminum cover for rocks... shipment delayed for a week without detail info. Had to check everyday..

Not enough BTUs

Really like the look of the product and the size and how it functions. But the heat output is a little disappointing other than that it’s a great product
