What we found is that some of the back edges have a little bit of a lip that needs to be grind off. If you don't, then when you stack blocks, the higher block will rest on the lip instead of flat on the lower brick, which creates poor adhesion and makes your wall lean forward. Unfortunately, I only discovered my wall was leaning forward after using adhesive and after stacking three layers of blocks.
BUYER BEWARE
Ordered these online and they look nothing like the photos. I purchased sandstone and they look like someone either sprayed them all with black spray paint, or maybe even ash? It is very strange and nothing like what I thought it would look like. Very disappointed because it is too hard to return!!!
