Easy install/ Professional look
This was intended for my woodshop door and was very easy to install. Once installed the door opens and closes so much smoother and without slamming either now! Also once installed it has a square cover that protects the unit but also looks very professional as well. Not really anything to say bad. You get what you pay for here and it's quality.

Wow....does it work well.
I have been highly impressed with Brinks Commercial line and this closer does not disappoint. It had a easy to use template and the instructions were easy to follow. This was used on a maintenance door that gets used often and needs to close quickly but not slam shut so that it does not disturb the patrons who are in their rooms. This closer is one that I recommend to anyone who needs a heavy-duty door closure. You will not be disappointed.

Great quality for price!
I Installed one on our barn door due to having animals and the barn doing connected to the shop area always gotta make sure to close the door or the wind don't blow it open but now I have no issues and we'll worth it.
