Built to withstand continuous use in high-demand commercial kitchens, this stainless steel dishwasher cleans up to 30 racks per hour and uses 0.60 to 0.74 gallons of water per rack. This commercial dishwasher features a push-button start and easy-to-read, simple-to-operate top-mounted controls. The triple filtering system with stainless steel filters captures soil and debris. This small commercial dishwasher features a built-in 6500 Watt booster, 2700 Watt wash tank heater and a temperature range of 165° - 180°. Cycles included are: 120 seconds, 180 seconds, 240 seconds, 300 seconds and Perfecta-Rinse, which extends the wash cycle time to ensure 180 degree final rinse. The unit is designed with detergent and rinse aid dispensers and includes one dish rack, one combination flat rack and one small utensil basket.
