Suction and Filter Failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a pretty good product until recently. From the start, I needed to use painters-tape to keep the filter in the debris collection container. The suction has become less over time. And now it's barely there. I've cleaned the filter, no obstructions, fully charged, and the suction is very poor (I'd say a 3 out of 10). Paid a lot for this product, should be working better than this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] within months the brush head stopped turning. first was sent a new brush head, when that didn't work a new pole, when that didn't work a new battery. Took months before I had a working vaccuum. I only use it occasionally and the brush head stopped again. works with pole and no attachments but they said need another battery. That would be 3 in just 3 years!

This is probably why they sell replacement vacuum heads, because they know they're easily breakable. The power source is connected to the suction tube so dirt gets into the power area and the vacuum won't come on because there is dirt trapped in between the parts. It's very poorly designed. Waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filter won't stay locked in, the suction is poor, and it stopped working altogether. I see other reviewers have pointed this out- what a shame. I'll choose a different brand from now on.

I would not buy or recommend this product

I bought this for our travel trailer and it only worked a couple of times. It quit charging after the 3rd use. Very disappointed in the short life considering it was quite expensive

So i use mine everyday, and it works great. I clean the fliter every so often with warm soapy water and let it sit for 24 hours or until dry , and it has continued to work great for well almost 2 years now. I wish it came with 2 batteries so one could be charged all the time, and an extra filter . I read the other reviews and it is a shame they had so muc trouble with theirs. Not enough power and attachments fall off easily

I have had a lot of frustration with this vacuum. The attachments fall off too easily and there is not enough power in the vacuum cleaner. The battery doesn't last long and I am having to recharge it often. The battery is new as well as all the attachments. Not a very well made product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this vacuum. I don't. The foam filter doesn't lock in to the cup. I think the suction is the only thing that holds it in. The cup is strange to empty. It's not touch free. It doesn't easily turn either. As for suction, eh. Works good on solid (wood, linoleum, vinyl) floors, but not great on carpet. I would send it back, but it's been too long.
