Hose failed after 18 months

But... took it out a couple of weeks ago to address a pet mess. As I sucked up, there was suddenly an unusual amount of water coming out of the hose at the nozzle end. The hose had failed, and had a 1/2" split. Quick check of the failure location showed why - the hose length is just slightly less than it should...

DO NOT BUY THIS PEICE OF JUNK. Issue #1 The hose is so short that you cannot possible use it on a vehcile. Sitting on the floor board it will not reach the back (the butt/seat portion) of the seat. Sitting on the center console it will not reach all of the seat and the hose pinches at the machine and the handle when you try to reach. Do not buy, will leak on you and smell bad.

Even if you clean the tank and tubing daily, it will still let out a scent. Makes our room/house smell terrible real quick.
