I loved everything about this awning especially the price. This awning was about $1,500 less than what SunSetter's charge and install on any awning is a separate charge (average now $330-$500), if you don’t have 2 people that professionals or physically capable of doing the job and reading/following instructions. Great Quality Affordable Price
Quality awning at affordable price. Instructions are good informative and easy to understand, the hardest part was getting courage to drill first hole in siding to mount brackets. Was missing the manual hand crank & getting thru to customer service is a challenge but when I did they were helpful & friendly .Looks nice & works good
