Frustrating Customer Service Experience
Wish I had more than 300 characters available! You only get support via TEXT and email. Slow and frustrating. Take lots of pictures of your install (interior and exterior) and be prepared for US Stove Co to claim improper install so they don't have to honor the warranty. Op Manual needs work!

This is the third winter I have had the stove. The first winter I literally just inserted the stove into a heatalator in my fireplace with maybe a 20 inch piece of stove pipe on the back of the insert to start the smoke up the flue. Under those conditions it worked satisfactorily if you had a pretty good breeze going - if there was no wind you couldn't get enough draft to run the stove properly. When summer come I had a contractor come in and run a double walled stove pipe down the flue, cut out...
Satisfied with performance
It took a while to learn to operate this high efficiency stove, but I got it. It works well. Firebox is smal,l so wood has to be split small.
