the ceiling is beautiful, what I wanted but, had to call the trucking company myself and get it in motion because it was delivered to the wrong Lowes in the wrong state and was stagnate. Then it was delivered to two other Lowes and only got it by my calling and checking the tracking every day. Was not a smooth order

Solid product, and when it's installed, it looks very nice. I was a bit skeptical at first, but have zero regrets. This was installed on a 19 ft cathedral ceiling, and I was on tall scaffolding throughout. And here is a drawback. The clips. The clips that hold the planks to the furring strips are flimsy and stick together. It's frustrating to be shaking around high on scaffolding only to find out the clip you have in your hand is defective. The box includes plenty of extras, but this was a...
