Do not buy Aquasource!

I bought an Aquasource toilet and the two bolts that secure the tank to the toilet rusted, and now leak under the tank. Also, the lacquer on the toilet seat is developing multiple pock marks.

Quality

I purchased two toilets in September 2020. The internal mechanisms on both are rusted. One rusted to the point where it broke, and the handle fell off.

Water is leaking

I purchased this toilet in April 2021 and it wasworking fine until recently I discovered that water is leaking from the toilet bowl. I’m not sure exactly where but I moved in my Moms house house to take care of her so I was going to my house once a day. When I would check the toilet the water was very low in the bowl.So the next day I came back to the house and checked again and it was low so water is leaking from somewhere. How can I get this toilet replaced?

cracked toilet after 2 yrs

only 2 years and it has a hole in it, water leaking all on floor make whole bathroom stink. Poorly made product. I wouldn't recommend buyer beware

Low Quality

The seat hinge screws broke after about a year then the flimsy plastic flush handle broke after about a year. There is no excuse for this type of failure because These types of parts have been made for decades by other companies without failures

Height is great. Going to buy for a tall relative

We bought two to replace our old ones. Love the height and the flushing power.

missing parts

Lowe's brand standard open up the box do a parts check and I was missing all the screws and hardware to install the seat. I'll cannibalize stuff from the toilet I'm tearing out but still that's what I've come to expect. three stars.

Best Toilet for your Money

This bowel is all you need. Top rated and a great value for the money. Others reviews have mentioned holding down handle down longer to add more water to a flush. It works! I have discovered another method. Once you flush (normally) and at the start of the tank fill, if you hold the handle for a second, it adds water to the bowel before the tank fills. Problem solved.
