Do not buy Aquasource!

I bought an Aquasource toilet and the two bolts that secure the tank to the toilet rusted, and now leak under the tank. Also, the lacquer on the toilet seat is developing multiple pock marks.

Quality

I purchased two toilets in September 2020. The internal mechanisms on both are rusted. One rusted to the point where it broke, and the handle fell off.

Careful with this Toilet!

4 out of the 5 toilets I installed have cracked. Either the tank has cracked or the base has cracked. They should have more than 1 year warranty. Please look at the pictures I posted here. We are not large people. When I called customer service they offered to sell me the parts to replace? No thank you! Why would I replace them with the same unreliable product? My local Lowes staff is fantastic. This is something out of there control.

Water is leaking

I purchased this toilet in April 2021 and it wasworking fine until recently I discovered that water is leaking from the toilet bowl. I’m not sure exactly where but I moved in my Moms house house to take care of her so I was going to my house once a day. When I would check the toilet the water was very low in the bowl.So the next day I came back to the house and checked again and it was low so water is leaking from somewhere. How can I get this toilet replaced?

It looks like a toilet

If you want to use the plunger every time you pee, this is the toilet for you. If you wipe with more than 1 square, grab the plunger.Good for keeping your arm in shape.

A toilet should last more than 9 years

worked great. looked great. installed 3 in my house. need to replace all 3 because tank bolts are completely rusted through. seriously? a part that sits in water 24/7 is not rustproof? would not recommend.

cracked toilet after 2 yrs

only 2 years and it has a hole in it, water leaking all on floor make whole bathroom stink. Poorly made product. I wouldn't recommend buyer beware

junk will not buy again.

good price but can not handle a heavy load. have to use a plunger every time a big to average size load is deposited. I will not buy again and will probably have to replace after about 6 months of plunging.

Low Quality

The seat hinge screws broke after about a year then the flimsy plastic flush handle broke after about a year. There is no excuse for this type of failure because These types of parts have been made for decades by other companies without failures

Height is great. Going to buy for a tall relative

We bought two to replace our old ones. Love the height and the flushing power.
