Make sure all the parts are there. missing set sc
The shelf sits on two brackets mounted to the shower wall. Do not need to set it into the tile and grout it.

Useless
They look good but with only one bracket on each side they wobble. They were stable when first installed but loosened after a few days. They were stable screws that hold the shelf should not need to be tightened weekly. Would function a bit better if it had two brackets in wax side instead of just one. I hate these shelves and regret buying them.
