Aquasure has the best customer service that I have ever experienced (maybe second, only to Chick-Fil-A). After three years, we had some issues with it cycling incorrectly (probably due to lack of maintenance). I called Aquasure customer service. They answered quickly and walked me through detailed troubleshooting steps. They then sent me a new float for the brine tank at no charge (even though it was not under warranty) .
