While assembling the item, two parts were incorrectly manufactured and would not fit together. The Manufacturer would not answer repeated phone calls and emails. Lowes was little help also. Don't order anything of value online from Lowes

Horrible Customer Service
I would not recommend purchasing this gazebo as the customer service is absolutely horrible. When you open the box the paperwork tells you to go through every part to ensure that they are all present. We did this and found multiple parts were missing. It's been over 2 weeks with no response back.
Skimpy for 10x12
Ordered 10x12 gazebo. The wt was just over 200 lbs in 2 boxes, compared to others at 389 lbs. The main posts were triangular and thin and didn’t seem strong enough to hold up a 10 x 12. Never unpacked the rest of gazebo. I was very disappointed. Could have been good as 8x 8. Returned

Online order became FedEx disaster!
I never received my full order, from FedEx I only received box 2 of 2. After contacting Lowe's and then told to contact FedEx, I was sent back to Lowe's. Spoke to several people, but NEVER allowed to speak with a manager, was told they would have a manager contact me, never happened. Meanwhile FedEx was jerking me around saying a shipping exception occurred I just have to wait till they contact me and would hang up. I asked for it to be held at our local FedEx store but never received any contac...
Complete garbage
Buyer beware! The term "hardtop" is a complete scam. I'm not sure when plastic cardboard started being considered "hardtop" material, but it's not. The deceiving part is that every other gazebo you see has a metal roof so you would assume that it was industry standard. i wouldn't trust this thing for a month. I see why lowes "discontinued" aka just gave it a new item number
