Very professionally made

12' Awning is only 11' 5 1/2". not 12'
After installing the brackets on my garage and while attempting to attach the awning, I discovered the awning is not 12 feet wide. So I had to move the brackets several more inches. Nowhere in the directions does it tell you where to mount the brackets. The directions themselves are extremely lacking in detail. I generally have no problems with figuring out how to install anything. I did eventually figure it out but the directions were of very little help. I thought I paid for a 12 foot awning...

Instructions need to better for the average person
First I would like to comment on the instructions, they were not the easiest to figure out and I didn't use them. I figured it out myself and installed the awning and it looks great. Great product with terrible instructions

didn't know you have to but the awning together , if it said unassembled in the web site i missed it .
