What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the compact design and straightforward installation, making it ideal for tight spaces. Most report fast, consistent hot water delivery suitable for daily needs and multiple users. Many appreciate the flexible connection options. However, some received units missing fittings shown in images or with manufacturing defects like leaking valves or broken thermostats, requiring returns or additional purchases. A few note slower recovery times and capacity limitations for larger households. Despite quality control concerns, most customers find the unit reliable and worthwhile for small-space applications.

Instant hot water

Would Recommend

So far, so good. We bought this for our seasonal Mobile Home to replace a 20+ yr old unit. We bought the lower cost, lower voltage usage unit because we did not want to put too much strain on our electrical system. It works great for our needs. We are able to take 2 showers back to back and do dishes without running out of hot water. Two adult home. Hot water is instant. I will be happy if we get 10 yrs from this one!

Installation kit

Would Not Recommend

When you buy this water heater Lowe’s forces you to buy an installation kit for $40 more. My plumber did not use the kit and it’s not returnable. So the true price of this water heater is $40 more than advertised. I don’t like this type of deceptive sales tactics.
