What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise stair stringers for dramatically simplifying construction with pre-cut designs that save time and eliminate complex measurements. Most highlight durability, sturdiness, and reliable performance, with many noting the finished stairs feel solid and safe. However, some customers encountered serious quality control issues including cracked, split, or warped stringers, mismatched cuts causing uneven step heights, and structural defects requiring returns or replacements. Despite these defects affecting a smaller portion of users, most consider the stringers worthwhile for DIY and professional projects.

Would Not Recommend

These stringer were awful... I took the least warped one and traced it on 2 pieces if lumber I bought from another store. Was told I couldn't return because they were financed. I shop here a lot. Very disappointed with the whole order and process.
