Marmoleum features Topshield Pro which is a factory applied finish - this means that at the time of installation, cleaning with a neutral pH cleaning solution is all that is necessary.
When Marmoleum is first removed from the packaging or covered up for an extended period you may see a slight yellow hue to the material - this is referred to as ambering and is a natural phenomenon that happens with Marmoleum and is completely normal - linseed oil used to produce Marmoleum is what causes this yellow hue to occur and is not permanent and will dissipate as the Marmoleum is exposed to light.
