Project #1

A terra cotta pot spray-painted coral and filled with pink flowers on a blue background.

This bold coral pot is easy to create. First, you'll add strips of painters tape in the design of your choice. On this pot, we covered up one large square area with tape and then ran one long piece of tape diagonally across the side.

Then you'll spray-paint the exposed areas of the pot. We used Krylon® ColorMaxx™ Spray Paint in Coral Isle (# 1026735). Let the paint completely dry before pulling off the tape.

Project #2

A terra cotta pot spray-painted yellow and filled with pink flowers on a blue background.

On this second project, you'll need string and spray paint. Tie the string around the flowerpot in an X pattern. Repeat this pattern around the entire pot.

Next, you'll spray-paint it. We used Krylon® Fusion™ All-in-One™ Spray Paint in Sunbeam (# 1026713) for a bright and cheerful look, but any color will work. Wait for the paint to completely dry before cutting the string and peeling it away.

Project #3

A terra cotta pot spray-painted lavender and filled with yellow flowers on a blue background.

Our final project is a quick and easy update. Cut rectangular pieces of painters tape into the same size. Then space them out evenly across the terra cotta pot.

Spray-paint the entire flowerpot. We used Krylon® ColorMaxx™ Spray Paint in Gum Drop (# 1026740). Let the paint dry completely, and remove the pieces of painters tape. Now add your soil, flowers and enjoy!
