Deep Fryer Maintenance Tips

In order to keep your deep fryer in tip top shape, we recommend the following:

  • If you use your deep fryer infrequently, it can be cleaned every 6 months. But if you're using it at least once a week, then it should be cleaned every 3 months.
  • Change out the oil every 6-8 uses. If you fry a lot of breaded foods, change it out every 2-4 uses.
  • Strain the oil after each use and store it in an airtight container.
