Your wallet houses all saved payment methods and earned rewards. You can access the wallet via the Lowe’s website and mobile app. 

Payment methods can be added to your wallet through the My Settings section of the account dashboard.

Yes, multiple payment methods can be added to your wallet. Primary Admins can bulk upload cards via .xlsx file.

Member ID is a QR code in the app that allows you to identify your loyalty account and ensure in-store purchases are tracked in your account for reward earning. Members can also pay using accrued rewards and saved credit cards all with one QR code.

Open the Lowe’s app and ensure you are logged in to your MyLowe’s Pro Rewards Account.

Select Wallet at the bottom of the page.

Select offers, payment method and rewards you want to use for the transaction.

Select Show Member ID and Pay. 

Scan the QR code.

If you do not have an account: 

Go to Lowes.com and select Create Account.

Choose Business Account and select Continue. 

Enter your GPO code in the Join Existing field and select Next. 

Enter all required fields to create your Lowe’s Pro Account login and password. 

If you have a Lowe’s Pro Account: 

If a Lowes.com Business Account exists, your organization’s administrator can enter the GPO code in the Organization Settings section of your account by clicking Join a GPO.

User email addresses can be updated in the My Settings section of your Lowe’s Pro Account, under Security. 

Check your email spam folder and ensure your cell phone has service.

Personal purchase history can be exported from the Purchase History page of your Lowe’s Pro Account dashboard. 

Primary admins also have access to export purchase history for the full organization.

Only Primary Admins or group admins can add (or remove) users. 

1. Navigate to My Organization in your account dashboard. 

2. Select Users. 

3. Add or remove users.

Only Primary Admins or group admins can edit role designations.  

Navigate to My Organization in your account dashboard. 

Select Users.

Select the user you wish to update. 

Within the user profile, select the role you wish to assign. 

Select Save.

There can only be one (1) Primary Admin. Primary Admin status can be transitioned at any time to another Admin of the organization through the Organization Settings page in your Lowe’s Pro Account dashboard.

A Primary Admin is the primary point of contact for the organization and should be authorized by the organization to act on that organization’s behalf. The Primary Admin is the only user that can see the organization’s loyalty status, see/redeem rewards and opt in/out of the MyLowe’s Pro Rewards program.

Admins and buyers don’t have access to the organization’s MyLowe’s Pro Rewards information, but have access to business solutions and member deals and discounts and can receive rewards shared by the Primary Admin.

Groups can be created within an organization to allow select users to manage themselves with a group admin. Create groups for jobsites, sub-contractors or a division of your company.

Yes, receipts can be uploaded on the Purchase History page of your account dashboard up to 45 days after purchase (max of 3 receipts per day).

Catalogs help you customize exactly what your buyers can shop for on Lowes.com.

Catalogs can be edited by the Primary Admin in the Pro Business Solutions section of your Lowe’s Pro Account dashboard.

Lists are a tool to keep your business organized. They are easy to share with clients or within your organization — use them for jobs, favorite products, frequently purchased items, favorite how-to articles and more. 

Items can be added to lists by selecting the bookmark icon on product pages.

Tax exemption status can be accessed through your Lowe’s Pro Account dashboard

No, you cannot convert your MyLowe’s Pro Rewards Account to a MyLowe’s Rewards Account; however, you can have a MyLowe’s Rewards Account for your personal purchases and a MyLowe’s Pro Rewards Account for your business purchases, provided each account has a different email address.

For in-store purchases, open the Lowe’s app, navigate to your wallet and select the amount of MyLowe’s Money to apply. Select Saved Payment Method and scan the QR code.

Primary Admin can share MyLowe’s Money with members within their organization. 

Navigate to Share Rewards in account dashboard. 

Select Recipient. Select the rewards to be shared with recipient.

Select Share Reward. 

Once the reward is shared, the admin will no longer see it in their wallet and the recipient will have the MyLowe’s Money saved in their wallet.

Unless otherwise stated, MyLowe’s Money³ expires 60 days after issuance.
