I purchased four of these faucets 4-5 years ago and now I am having issues with two of them. One of the faucets is liking at the base and the other one water is squirting out from the base. I contacted customer service and after sending in videos and pictures they informed that they would send me out a replacement they just need the receipt. I informed them that this was 4-5 years ago and I no longer have the receipt. I was later told that there is nothing they can do unless iI have the receipt...

I bought this faucet in store full price. It lasted about 9 months before giving me issues. First off, I have the chrome faucet and it is starting to turn black. Secondly, out of the box it sprays water too harshly and water splashes out of the sink causing a mess. Thirdly, I was washing my hands with hot water when it started hissing/whistling, I tried cleaning the aerator with vinegar and it did nothing. Stay away from this brand/Lowes.

Love the led light and the stream that comes out. The pressure is okay, wish it was a little harder. Takes a while for the hot water to co.e out of the faucet. Overall pretty cool faucet.

Functional but one big mistake
This is works great with modern LED light while it is on. However there is one big functional design flaw with the faucet. The design of the strainer traps pockets of water around the ring of the sink. To dry it, I need to dab it with a towel.
