I purchased a ZLINE refrigerator from Lowe's, and what should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a 38-day ordeal full of frustration. My delivery windows were rescheduled at the last minute on several occasions. Lowe's attempted to deliver a visibly damaged refrigerator twice, both of which had to be refused. Bought the black stainless with the two ice makers

Had this zline a year and love it. Replaced a Samsung with ice maker problems since new. Many attempts to fix and it finally died.Have a lot of family over at times in the summer and this zline never runs out of ice! If you ever buy a water filter directly from zline beware they don’t do returns. Better to buy from lowes they will let you return it if you got the wrong one

Service & product disappointment

I got this as part of my home & it’s not the quality we expected. My fridge door is so hard, I have to press it, when I press it, other opens. My wife can’t even do it. Worst is they are not honoring their own commitment to quality & realizability. We are disappointed & recommending spending but more money for better service with other competitors of there’s.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned

I just installed two French door black stainless refrigerators yesterday. It looked perfect on the web site but you couldn't really see the inside and the features too well but since the outside looked appealing, I bought them. I turned it on and started filling it. Counter dept refrigerator

Love the look, keeps temp stable. Doors are a bit light and don’t close all the way by itself. It will beep if left open. Counter depth is nice and pretty spacious. Black stainless satin finish beautiful but does show some fingerprints. Looking for a SS cleaner/polish that will eliminate this. I also like the two bottom drawers and ice maker.
