I purchased this item from the clearance rack. Who knew Lowe’s had a clearance section! I had been searching for a privacy fence for months, every store was sold out. items are shipped with protection packaging of 2in square 1/16in thick cork stickers on the horizontal boards. 90% of them missing. How did I know? because their glue transfers, which you will need to dissolve without affecting the stain, left dozens of glue outlines. No protection on outside corners so each was munched, requiring sanding or at least restraining with.....what color? Good overall
These are super nice but the way they package them they put these little brown sticky squares on the fence and they are really hard to get off and overall very easy to install the measurements on the picture on the website. Say they are 12 feet long so when I measured my yard, I measured it 12 feet per board but they didn’t include the brackets so my boyfriend had to manually cut the fence shorter overall it was fairly easy. He’s pretty handy and these were a nice wood material.

We bought enough to do our entire yard. Half were cracked on arrival so we decided to only fence the backyard. As we started putting together the fence at least one of four of the pole brackets on each panel were either not screwed in, stripped, or bent. So of the 15 panels we had for the backyard… only 6 are useful. Yes they arrived scuffed and needing paint. NBD. Low quality
We originally loved the look of this for privacy around our pool, however with less than a year of use, the wood is splitting and paint is chipping on all 4 of our panels. We will have to sand and repaint these panels constantly which is a real pain! The poles are already rusting in areas and we have only had this for 8 months. Buyers beware
This product is NOT a finished product. The simple assembly is attractive, however the wood is in terrible condition. Lowe's should be ashamed to sell this product. The staff went through a whole pallet of panels to find TWO panels that were in good condition and the two best they could find were still damaged. The paint easily chips, board were twisted. We had to repaint and screw some boards to make the panels look more acceptable.

Great Fence!
My town didn’t require a permit to put this up since it’s removable. Easy to install as long as you have some muscle to drive these down. But looks great and perfect fence for my medium sized dog. So much classier and cheaper than a chain link fence. Can also easily spray paint any imperfections. Would highly recommend!

Fence will not stand high wind unless reinfoced
I paid @$300 for 3 posts,a gate ,and a 6 foot length of fence. I already poundes a 7 foot metal post behind the center of the fence. I also had to pound a post on one side of gate which will only stand between 2 - 6 foot lengths of fence.

Excellent for what it does
We needed a fence to block a space beside the garage that leads to our side yard. I was planning to install a permanent fence, but wondered whether or not there would be a future need to use the space as an access, as it is 6' wide. This fence was extremely easy to install, and can just as easily be removed if ever needed. It's more like a temporary fence, not really all that sturdy. Really nice
Ive been wanting to install a horizontal fence in my front yard and was very happy to see these in Lowe's. The premade fence panels were very convenient and my son and his girlfriend installed it in just a few hours. I dont think it would work well on a hill but the posts seemed very easy to drive into the soil and the fence is very sturdy. Looks great, and now my dog can roam freely in the front yard.
