Wonderful Washer!

The control panel is straightforward and very easy to use. The most important thing however is that the clothes come out perfectly cleaned. It simply is the best.

Extremely Dissatisfied Customer!

Appalling quality-only a 1 yr warranty says a lot

Whirlpool used to be a name you could trust. This was the first new washer I had ever bought. I was happy is was USA made, energy efficient and stackable, to save space in our 1 car garage. MY complaint is that Whirpool should be made to replace all these defective units. Instead, they 'create' a product to make even more money for Whirlpool trying to keep them clean How hard would it be to install a small air circulator that would run for 10 minutes after the end of a load to circulate outside air through the machine to help dry out leftover water that should have pumped out in the first place but didn't? Comments & Note to Whirlpool Engineers

As far as the washer goes, it is fine. Can't say I'm crazy about the control buttons as I'd prefer something a bit more analog or mechanical; not everything has to be like a touch screen. Also, the 3-2-1 count down to start or do anything is kind of annoying. Akin to my PC asking me 'are you sure', 'are you really sure'. Haven't used the "Load & Go" feature as I see it as pure gimmick and prefer powder or pods anyway. I have a large family and access the drain filters (have multiple washer...

Trouble waiting to happen

We purchased this washer April 2019. The first few months were great. Then my wife noticed water on the floor in front of and under the machine. First we thought we had done it our selves and wiped it up. After the next load, water was there again.
