Whirlpool Setup

Chris and his partner arrived on time and removed the old fridge without difficulty. They worked well together squeezing the new fridge in the front door and setting it up. Chris explained the workings on the new appliance to my wife and I and answered many questions. The two men are a credit to the profession and I hope they deliver the stove and microwave we are about to order for Christmas.

Well a week ago my 15yo GE passed away sometime through the night and I needed a new unit ASAP. Lowes had 2 of these in stock so I ordered it and went right away to pick it up. Every one at the store was nice and the pickup went well, I checked the unit before I loaded it and it had no apparent damage. It is a refridgerator

I would like to have had one more shelf in both the freezer and fridge portions. The opening for obtaining ice is not tall therefore tall drink bottles will not fit. Water filter is at bottom of fridge not friendly for elderly Otherwise it is good

Runs good, but shelves are static

So, the fridge runs good, water and ice dispersers are good. The one bad thing, is the shelving. You can't adjust the shelf locations. They are four, options, which is crazy. Most fridges allow you an array of customizations. What is sad, is that it could have been easily done with little addition cost. Its just plastic. If you are on a budget, its a good fridge, but you will be annoyed how things don't fit on pre-positioned shelfs, and the wasted space that comes with that.

Reasonable Fridge

Fridge looks reasonably priced. However when delivered, there were some cosmetic damages which Lowe's was nice enough to offer a discount. Also the interior of the fridge was somewhat dirty

I CAN NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING. I purchased the Whirlpool side by side WRS315SDHZ19 the end of August to replace a frig that bit the dust. Had I had more time, I more than likely would have done a better job shopping around, but I was desperate. There are very few things I like about this refrigerator. The Refrigerator is GREAT my Mom and I are very pleased with this Refrigerator/Freezer. It's missing the meat tray where you keep your lunch meat and cheese at. So I will be picking that up this week.

Not sure yet

This may be a review that's written too soon. Ours was delivered today and the motor seems quite loud. Perhaps it's because its new? Will it settle down over time? Our old Whirlpool seemed to be much quieter. In addition, the freezer door needs adjusting but the adjusting nit was found on the floor under the unit. I guess it came off on delivery? I guess we’ll have to call Lowes in the morning...

Leaks all the time

This product from the start was an issue. Starting with the ice marker creating 12 cubes a day. We had this repaired and now it makes 36 cubes a day. Next the ice cubes get stuck in the hatch and it leaks from the dispenser. Moving on, freezer side starts leaking from the bottom. I call for assistance.
