Well, this is my second whirlpool refrigerator. My first one lasted 23 years so let’s hope this one does as well. It is absolutely stunning and Lowe’s was great in the delivery. MIKE was fabulous and I’m sorry. I don’t know the other young man’s name but he was the one who did a lot of the work to by hooking up the icemaker and actually putting it all together. No complaints here at all.

Too small.
When I purchased this refrigerator I did not realize it would be so small because I needed one that was 60 inches tall and I got that but the width is to narrow and I am not happy about that. They did not have one on display for me to go by. It is nice but too small!

We purchased over $7000 for new appliances and when our refrigerator went out after 4 months Lowes refused to except a return, instead said we had to seek relief from the manufacturer. After 8 weeks without a refrigerator, 3 visits from a technician trying to fix the unit and numerous calls to Whirpool and Lowes they finally agreed to replace the unit. So as a result, DON'T BUY FROM LOWES because they don't stand behind what they sell. Buy from someone local, maybe they will help the customer...

I even added slick tape which didn't seem to help at all. My 20 year old Kenmore drawers worked so easy no matter how much I had in them. These are not slick. This refrige was here when we moved in. I hate it with a purple passion. the shelving heights are set and guart bottle of anythingdoes not easily fit. Has to be stored on the door which we all know is bad for milk. Water filter in ON THE FLOOR and freezer door has to be open to change.
I bought it two weeks ago, very pleased with it, especially the automatic ice maker, never had one, love it.

Not happy
This refrigerator does NOT have adjustable shelves so you can’t stand up 2 liter bottles or pitchers. The last time I had a refrigerator that didn’t have adjustable shelves was in the 1970’s. One would think that by now all refrigerators would have adjustable shelves. Never thought to check that and wish I could return this refrigerator. This isn’t an off brand. We bought this just over two years ago, and I am sick of it. The vent at the top back left is so poorly located that they warn you not to put anything tall in front of it or things will freeze.
