This fridge turned out to be a very good purchase. (1) It maintains the correct temperatures at default settings. I have two refrigerator thermometers in the freezer and three in the refrigerator. That sounds like overkill, but I wanted to see if there are any warm spots or cold spots, so I spread them around. WHAT A MESS

Lowe’s replaced the frig twice and the ice maker a third time to try to get it right. They finally said it fell under the warranty. Whirlpool had a third-party contractor try to service it. He said he could check a couple of issues, but that was all - it didn’t fix the problem. He said we could pay his company to do a full check and repair. So much for Whirlpool’s warranty. The ice maker still leaks onto the kitchen floor, and we’ve shut it off. TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

This model more cons than pros

Our previous freezer on top Whirlpool refrigerator lasted over 20 years so we decided to buy their latest model. Hidden door handles were mandatory for us as models with exterior handles would get in the way of adjacent pantry doors. This limited the available models we could consider. Delivery was right on schedule

I replaced my old refrigerator with this new whirlpool refrigerator.. the delivery guys or super friendly andunboxed the new one and set it up in my kitchen.. no scratches no dents. They plugged it in and everything works great. I am a proud owner of a new whirlpool refrigerator howbeit I’ve only owned it for an hour now

Bad service.

The fridge is not working properly. I called and was told that they were going to sent me a text about when the repair would happen and I haven’t received it yet. So as of now I’m not very satisfied. Hope it gets fixed.

It's bigger than my old one, that's it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last Whirlpool lasted 25 years before the compressor was breaking down. The new one is struggling to freeze the food I put in it. I don't know if I'd ever buy another Whirlpool. I'm going to try to get somebody to look at it before I would buy another. I freeze water and pop but as soon as I transfer them into the fridge they thaw out in a matter of hours. I could leave them in my old Whirlpool fridge and the lasted for days not hours.
