Gutless
I bought this because Toro has the Quick Stick - which is way better than a crank. Toro advertises 40 foot throw. In light snow, I got about 10 feet throw. It couldn’t even cross my single-lane driveway. Toro advertises that it will clear a 20-car driveway on a single charge of one 10 Ah battery (which was included). I made 5 passes on a 100-foot long driveway, and the battery failed in the sixth pass. That’s about the width of one car lane and about 6 cars long, maybe 8 cars if they are compact...

Works, but slow
Just had my 1st 2 uses of the 26” 60v snow blower. The snow was between 9” (lower areas) and 20” (drifts) deep. Most was about 14”. My 1st use was tough because I tried to run in 3rd and then 2nd gear. Blower would bog down and when it bogged down the snow would only be thrown about 3 - 5 ft which means I had to throw it a 2nd time. The second day the snow was the same amounts, but I used 1st gear. It’s quite slow, but only bogged down on 20” drifts. I then took half the width of the sn...

Awesome Snow Blower!
Coming from a 50+ year old Ariens snow blower is just total night and day. No more smelly gas or oil changes, just charge the batteries and blast the snow away. The joy stick for repositioning the chute doesn't require slouching over and turning a crank like my old machine. I think my favorite thing about it is how nimble the machine is. Build quality seems pretty good. The heated hand grips and head light are very nice touches as well. The snow blower was the second to last thing in my house I ...

Issues out of the box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the new snow blower for the first 3 times a week ago and the Quick Stick no longer works to move the discharge chute to the left or right. After removing the cover to where the chute control rod enters the gear assembly, it became apparent that the rod now rotates freely within the gear when it twists. It barely enters the gear extension and thus ate through the plastic, and not because I forced anything incorrectly. It looks like bad...

Needs 2 Chargers and 3 Batteries
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this snowblower this past fall with the expectation that it would be able to handle my 31' x 46' driveway because the advertisement said that it would handle a parking lot that would be capable of parking 30 cars with the two 7.5 Ah batteries that came with it. With three 7.5 Ah batteries, the advertisement said that it could clear a parking lot that has a capacity of 45 cars. It is only capable of removing about 60% (4 cars) of the...

There is always risk with new technology.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had heavy wet snow last night. My driveway is three cars wide and about 40 feet long. My snowblower has three 7.5Ah batteries in it and they were fully charged. I know especially with heavy snow I have to pace my forward speed which I did. Never the less, I ran out of battery before I finished. I couldn't figure out why that happened because on the control panel it showed each battery had 3 out of 4 LED lights lit. When I opened the cover af...

Poor quality product
Does not work as advertised. Battery does not last as advertised. I have a three car driveway. Barely lasted going down one swipe on a full charge with 4 inches of snow. Advertises that one battery (10 Ah) can do a 20 car driveway. Right tire fell off after one pass. The codder pin snapped and required replacement. It does throw snow well when on a flat surface. Does not do well on curved or slanted surfaces. Self propelled system is shotty at best. Shoot system works well, quick and easy to cha...

Better stick to gas snow blower- not worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this back in mid-end summer last year I was so excited about using it from reviews videos of it. My 1st used was on 7inch snow mix it was keep bogging down and slow speed. The battery drains down pretty fast but I was able to get the job done. I live in nj we have a snow storm (2/13/24) about 8inch mix and both batteries was fully charged. And it died before I couldn’t even finish up my driveway (5 car size). After the battery died I ...

As Advertised! Works Great!
Full disclosure Toro sent me this product to test. You can see my experiences here: https://youtu.be/dIHg2DOTVC0 That being said I was impressed. The machine was quiet, powerful, fast, easy to use and I believe does what it was advertised to do. I did not have the battery range problems that others have described in their reviews. With the two 7.5 batteries and in 6" of wet snow I was able to do my driveway, large sidewalks, neighbors driveway and sidewalk, plus more and it still had 1 bar on ...
