Very old battery
Never got to use it because I returned it. This review is not rating Lowe’s, but Toro as a company. Lowe’s was great and picked the unit back up for free. The snowblower arrived with a battery that was 3.5 years old! Toro customer support and their corporate office did absolutely nothing to get me a newer battery. They simply held firm to and stated over and over, “the battery comes with a warranty if you have any problems” Batteries degrade over time. I’m not buying a new machine with a 3.5 yea...

Light weight and easy to push
It was really easy to assemble but as it is too early for snow I have not used it yet but think it will be easy to use.

Snowblower for smaller driveways and walks
Like that the snowblower is lightweight and has a large battery that should run 45 to 60 min per charge.

Excellent results so far.
Did my research and found that it has lived up to the online reviews. The first time using it was with 4-5” of wet snow, almost slushy in some spots. The machine threw it about 15’ with no struggle. I find that the snow goes farther at higher chute angles. In both occasions using it so far, the snow is cleared right down to the concrete. No clean up after it. The battery lasted for my whole cleanup but died just at the end. I bought another battery so I have it ready. Assembly was OK; the drawin...

Buyer Beware - No Warranty Support
I purchased this snowblower in December and used it for the first time in early January. After using the unit for 15 minutes, the auger started scraping on the plastic inside the unit. I tried calling Toro to talk to somebody regarding the problem, but they just do automated AI phone support with no humans. Their AI system referred me to a local shop for warranty service. The local shop told me Toro would not fix the snowblower under warranty because a piece of ice must have bent the auger s...

Simple and Efficient!
I’m a 72 yr old woman and needed something that was simple but efficient and this hit the mark! Lightweight enough that I can move it around with ease yet sturdy enough to handle a decent size drive and extra large apron in front of the garage. Eco mode definitely gives more time on the battery yet cleared the snow with ease. Does ‘appear’ to throw snow further in regular mode though and used that when I had about 5” or so covering the drive. Will say I don’t believe it throws the snow as far...

An excellent option in areas with lighter snowfall
The model I purchased came with the expected high level of quality you see with Toro, which knows a thing or two about snow thanks to being located in the upper Midwest. The machine made easy work of clearing three-inch snows on a corner lot with sidewalks. It can even handle grassy areas with a lighter tough that leaves some snow. The battery was more than adequate and is perfectly capable of operating for at least 40 minutes. It could even handle a heavier snow if you got outside a couple of ...

Ask about the return policy and warranty!!
We used this equipment once! Thereafter, something was either wrong with the battery or charging station!! The equipment would not start! Prior to taking the blower back to Lowe’s, I called twice to inquire about either replacing or returning policy, no one ever said there was a 48 hour return until we arrived at the store with the blower! We’d had the blower 7 days. Now we must contact Toro the manufacturer to either replace or return, it’s snowing NOW! I’m disappointed that No ever mentioned t...

Adequate and performs as expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Live in MA. Just used for our first storm. Got about 10 inches of lighter/medium density snow, which the snowblower handled well. Asphalt driveway which is about 150 ft long and gradually widens from 12 ft near road to about 25 ft closer to the house. Caught some crushed stone in the auger which wasn’t an issue. I probably got through 75-80% of driveway before having to swap out batteries, roughly 35-40 minutes of run time (I have other Toro 60...

Best purchase in years
I purchased this snow blower 3 years ago; it sat in a box in my garage ever since because I just didn't need it. Earlier this week, we were hit with about 6" of snow and I was eager to assemble and use this snow blower. It is a little beast. I found it easy to use, powerful, and fun! I cleared my own driveway in about 15 minutes then headed out on clear a path down the sidewalk for all of the dog walkers in the neighborhood. I was able to make it all the way around the block and the battery was ...
