Quality Imperfections

Bought this yesterday 4/1/2026. Upon opening the box, I noticed imperfections on the china that may or may not produce leaks. Can't QA care to make sure it's done correctly? Perhaps it's not an issue. I checked underneath the bowl and they seem to be perfectly sealed. No cracks. Plus the base chinaware to tank is not flush, there is a small indent. Hopefully the gasket will do its job. But why can't AS just make it is smooth and flat? I bought a Kohler 1 month ago for another bathroom, I hope I ...

Doesn’t flush well

Did a home Reno and put in 3 of these. All three are pure junk. Need to hold down handles for them to flush properly . Will be removing ASAp for anything else. The way the seat attaches is junk as well. Buy anything else.

Leaking tank

I bought the Edgemere elongated at Lowe's a few days ago. I installed it myself and everything went fine until I turned the water supply on. Water was leaking where the tank mounts to the toilet base. I had to remove the tank 4 times to try different things to stop the leak. I went back to Lowe's and bought a different tank mounting kit. I intalled the new kit and that one leaked. I finally used a different combination of washers and put plumbers grease on all gasket surfaces and the threads of ...

Just buy something else, not this

Without a doubt you will need to buy a different toilet seat. No matter how the plastic screws are adjusted the seat still moves back and forth on the bowl. This is not only annoying, but dangerous. If I had not paid $800 to have two of them installed I would return them.

Seriouse Quality Issues; used to be good

I've purchased these toilets for years and have several. The last one I purchased has a serious flaw in the bowl causing a severe rock. Ended up with a warranty claim but had to purchase 3 different toilets just to get one good one. I'll buy again when they fix their quality problems.

We just installed this a couple of days ago but so far it works fine. It's a good option for a small space.

Seat/lid too small; install service refuses help

The seat covers about 1" around of the already pretty small bowl, so no room for this error. Installer accidentally put new lid on instead of replacing the original as asked. I let it go but discovered problem after he left. Tried to replace myself with original but on too tight. Called Customer Service which refused help--said it was unsanitary (made no sense bc he had emptied and removed the old toilet, with gloves on, of course). She placed me on a long hold and I hung up. I like it

Basically it is a toilet and does what a toilet is supposed to do. I-like the seat height, I like the way it flushes – thoroughly – and I like the way it looks. The toilet seat.creaks and I only weigh 110 pounds. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

That this toilet does everything as Advertised

I like everything about this toilet. It has a powerful, quick flush and Yet it is a lot quieter than our old Toilet. The tank holds less water, But flushes first time every time. This helps us save water.

Leaks gasket need replace two years

Don't buy leaks gasket its all over YouTube people have to replace this gasket all the time
