We have visited and sat in probably a couple of dozen of chairs. Comfort is very important to us. These chairs are very comfortable. They are deeper than anything else we have seen, the cushions are thick and dense, and they feel stable. One problem was the assembly. We can assemble anything, we have done a bunch recently, including liquor cabinet (over 50 pieces of wood and 8 types of hardware). Chairs are comfortable but variable in quality
Chairs are just OK for the price. Quality is very variable as the height of the chairs differ by up to 1 inch (it depends on how well they control the welding locations). Also I had a couple of chairs that "lean" to one side. If I measure the arm piece height to the floor, it can be as much as 1 inch difference (25" on the right arm as opposed to 26" on the left side). This give the chair a crooked appearance. Customer service awful
I had two chairs delivered where they were bent and didn’t go together properly. I tried for three months to work with lowes to get the proper chairs sent again and I didn’t get any help and just excuse after excuse. Was awful. My brother ended up drilling new holes and we rigged them together to work. If I didn’t have his help they wouldn’t have been useable at all.

Good Chairs. Arrived on time in a huge box on a pallet. Box was ripped apart, and almost totally destroyed, but due to two welded steel brackets protecting the chairs, they were in perfect condition. They went together easily and appear to be solid. Bag full of plastic covers for screws and bolts are completely useless, I thew them out. Wish the screws were stainless, but they are not. Very comfortable once assembled
These chairs are supper comfortable and being lightweight, easy to move around. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is due to the difficulty of putting them together. Awesome, but assembly not so much
These chairs are great in the store. I finally got the product and started assembly. Assembly instructions are straight forward and easy. I've built and put together tons of things. The bolts go in Nicely at first but when trying to get the bolt completely snug, it's about near impossible for the chairs I got. In fact I tried really hard and the bolt broke off in the frame. We love the quality and design of these chairs. We've had them 2 weeks. They swivel/rock really smoothly & the cushions are comfortable. It hasn't rained yet so not sure how they will hold up. We expect some rust since they are steel but maybe not as I don't see places where water will sit. Great chairs, difficult to assemble
Only picture diagram of the assembly, no real instructions. The hex wrench provided was flimsy and awkward to use, it stripped out and wore down rather quickly. The assembly order listed is not the most efficient way to put it together. The bolt/self threaded at the right-back of the chair was not drilled properly on all four chairs and would not come into proper alignment with back rest, so that is a weak spot in the design and made proper assembly impossible. Great find
We purchased a set in November. Absolutely don't follow the assembly directions. Chairs very comfortable and a great price. We kept waiting for a sale to get another set. They were actually 1/2 price in August. So I bought. Got home had 2 right arms and 6 left arms. I called Style and they did not have any arms so Lowes was great and gave me a bigger discount since only 2 chairs were useable. Our chairs are under trees so we keep covers on them when not in use. We love them.
