Nice lock, difficult install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock for ease of use and visibly appealing in my home, but had a difficult time with the install because the thumbturn slot where the flat piece slides into did not align. Had to use ChatGPT to get instructions on turning the slot with a flathead screwdriver. I’ve installed many of these locks and never had this happen, but it would have been helpful if the issue had been covered in troubleshooting by Schlage. Also, I needed this urgently...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have an Encode plus WiFi enabled lock on my condo in Florida so I know how easy they are to use. The only problem I encountered was the hole for the deadbolt in my old Schlage deadbolt that I was replacing was slightly smaller than the hole for the Encode’s deadbolt. I had to find a neighbor who had the proper size drill bit to enlarge the hole. Connecting the device was easy with the online instructions.
