Real natural rock
We had picked out some river rock tile at a local flooring store. Their price was $55/sq. The tile I purchased at Lowes is identical when compared side by side and only paid $10/sq. Had to drive 150 miles (300 miles rd trip)to our nearest Lowes but the savings was well worth it.

Very inconsistent tile
We were originally excited to find this tile locally as it appears online only at most retailers and I didnt want to commit to natural stone that I couldnt see. We only needed a small amount for a bathroom floor, around 75 sq ft. I proceeded to pickup a bundle from one store, then another then a third to get what we needed. Product Paid For Never Received
I paid $1575 for 135 pcs of this tile on 11/17/24 and have been to the store 5 times to pick it up. Nobody in the store cares to help me get this order. Now the order doesn't even show as pending. They closed out the order and told me it has been picked up. I have no tile and Lowes has my money. I have asked for a manager to fix this many times without even a call back. Who do I contact at corporate to get what I paid for?
