I have no feedback at this time just received unit and learning to use it & I was disappointed that this unit doesn't have a Wi-Fi capability to use smart things but that's okay. It's confusing with manual whether or not I have half spear of full spear ice cubes. I looked all over and don't see any indication that I do on my model. I wish Manuel made it more clear so I don't waste a lot of time looking .

Had it for a couple of weeks now and it has been fine. Two minor complaints/annoyances, first, the shelves are not adjustable. It would really nice if you move and even buy more shelves. Second is no light for water/ice dispenser. Really annoying at night. Another thing was delivery scheduling. They let you know your window way too late for me. While install was excellent, I could not plan it around my work. And customer service is useless other than kicking the delivery down the road. ...

So far so good. Love how much room is in the fridge. It cools really well and throughout fridge. No hot or super cold spots. Only complaints are the ice production is incredibly slow. Also doesn't fill the entire bucket. Another minor complaint is that the fridge came with a card that says it's Wifi compatible and is a "smart fridge". [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. It replaced a a French door Samsung that did great for 16 years. It was cold within 3 to four hours. I used 2 freezer packs in the refrigerator side to help it cool down faster, znd 2 freezer pace in the freezer side. In 4 hours thr refrigerator side was down to 34 degrees, and freezer was down to -3 degrees FARENHEIT. It looks great in the black and matches our stove.

A side by side is better than a drawer style that will just stop closing correctly. This fridge should have added a light at the ice dispenser and made the shelves more adjustable but at least it’s worked pretty well now for 2 years. With no Handles I think it looks better.
