What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this washer for exceptional cleaning performance, remarkably quiet operation, and large capacity. Most highlight that clothes come out cleaner than with previous machines, and the spacious drum easily handles bulky items like comforters and bedding. Reviewers consistently describe it as "insanely quiet" with vibration-free cycles. Many appreciate smart features including app notifications and remote control, intuitive controls, and efficient cycles that complete in half the time of older models. A few report occasional unbalanced load errors or difficulty accessing the deep drum, and a small number cite reliability concerns, though most consider it highly worthwhile.

I was nervous buying this washer because of mixed reviews, but having used it for a couple of weeks and a lot of varied loads, I am extremely pleased. It is quiet, doesn't unbalance like my GE washer did, and cleans well. I hope it lasts a good long time.

We are a month in with our new washer and overall, very happy with it. We previously had an older model of this, went to a front load washer and are happy to be back to our Samsung top load washer.

This washing machine does a great job cleaning rugs and bedding and….. well, everything we’ve thrown at it. It’s quiet and fast. The best part is it was hundreds less than other models with similar features.

Horrible
It’s horrible what happened to the clothes in this washer. I have been contacted Samsung for months about this issues nothing is done, they don’t answer my calls anymore. Ridiculous I have pay insurance on this washer Lowe’s is telling me they can do anything Washer supposed to clean not dirty
Garbage
Cheap piece of garbage. Too many cycle choices that make no sense. Whoever developed this has never done laundry before. It has a slanted top that everything falls off of. I could not get the extra warrany offered from Samsung, and Lowe's was of no help.

Very good price at Lowe's with innovative features
My wife and I purchased the Samsung Super Speed Wash High Efficiency Impeller Extra Large ( 5.2-cu ft ) Top-Load Washer because our family compared other products and found this to be the best meeting our list of important features and easy to install. It is a very large washer for our family loads, completely cleans our cloths quickly and is very quiet. Lowe's had a sale on Labor day and it was time to replace the Maytag washer that was always in need of repair.

Love it
I was worried about spending the amount I did on this washer. Let me tell you, it's worth every penny. Love the huge tub, everything gets very clean no matter what mode we run it on, and the spin cycle wrings the clothes off all excess water so we can run shorter dryer cycles
