This is a horrible washer. I bought this washer, in August 2025, because my previous Samsung washer suddenly stopped working and the newer version of my washer wasn't available in the same color (I would have needed to purchase a new dryer) so I figured this washer couldn't be bad. Great washer and dryer stacked.
I love Samsung products this is my second stackable washer and dryer and I've been happy with both. I even like this one much better without the steam it dries very quickly after washing and the washer spins well. The people at Lowe's are fantastic in Monaca PA. Third party company is awful for install. Horrible service, didn't hook it up properly at all. Wouldn't install it in the place it was designated for which is legal by their standards. Quiet when spinning!!

This Samsung is awesome and we don’t have to worry about balancing the load in the middle of the spin cycle. Still learning all the different cycles and things but this is an awesome machine! Very glad we chose this one!

So nice, I bought it twice!
I first bought this washing years ago for my house in PA, and I have loved it for all of those years. It is easy to use, moves through cycles quickly, and gives me so many different wash options. Plus, I can wash a king-sized quilt in it! When I moved, I had to leave that washer behind, and then I experienced the washer that was in my new home. Surprisingly Great Washing Machine
I expected this washer to be overly complicated with lots of fussy sensors and too many options. But the controls are actually quite intuitive and the number of options just right. The interior is very spacious, it accommodates and handles large bulky items well. It is also very, very quiet. Like REALLY quiet.
